GFA gives directives on fund-raising for national team

Accra, Aug 15, GNA - The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has said that, any group of individual seeking to raise funds for any of the national teams, especially the Black Stars should seek approval before embarking on such a venture.

A statement signed by Mr. Kofi Nsiah, General Secretary of the GFA, said, this would ensure transparency and accountability for donors to have the confidence of organizers and the FA.

The statement said, the GFA would soon announce the bank accounts for donors to the national team to contribute to the fund.
