Former Kotoko Star Stranded In Germany

Former Bofoakwa and Kotoko star, Osei Kwame is at the crossroads of his career nearly a year after leaving Ghana for Germany.

Kwame who once played for the national Olympic team, the black meteors during the tenure of Italian coach Guissepe Dossena is said to be in a dilemma.

The options of either returning to Ghana to continue his career or continuig his search for a club in Germany have been confronting him for the past week. The player according to sources was intially transferred by a group of agents working on behalf of hamburg fcbut failed the test and lost the chance of joining the big bundesliga club. However the agents made attempts to get a second division club for him but the deal has fallen through.

This has left the player stranded in Germany for the past seven months. Kwame was transferred from bofoakwa at the begining of the 2001 season after he had failed to secure a contract in greece.after a string of unimpressive performances, he lost his place in the regular set up of kumasi asante kotoko, before he had what seems like a possible transfer to Germany
