Five second division teams fine for various offences.

Cape Coast, Oct.6, GNA-The Central Regional Football Association (RFA) has imposed a fine of 350,000 cedis on Swedru All Blacks and 250,000 cedis on Gomoa Obuasi Jamart F/C for offences committed during the 2nd week of their second division league match at Gomoa Obuasi on September. According to a release issued on Saturday by RFA at Cape Coast, both teams were fined 100,000 cedis each for causing the late start of the match by reporting late. They were also fined 150,000 cedis each fpppr allowing an unidentified fan who hit Referee Victor R. Owusu who handled the match while All Blacks were again fine additional 100,000 cedis for verbally assaulting the referee.

According to the release, Winneba Soccer Intellectuals will also pay 50,000 cedis for failing to provide security for its home match with Great Otuam United at Winneba sports college. It said Winneba Cecil Hunters would pay 50,000 cedis for failing to attend pre-match conference in their match with their local rivals Bastia Football club at Winneba in September while Ajumako Akyeramfo United will also pay a fine of 50,000 cedis for delaying the commencement of their match with Great wonders at Ekumfi Ekotsi on 22nd September.
