Fifteen locals invited

Fifteen locally-based players would be joining the Black Stars after the weekend's premiership action for the one week training exercise in Greece. the locally-based players would be joined by some foreign internationals.

From Accra Hearts of Oak is goalkeeper, Sammy Adjei, Princeton Owusu-Ansah, who is currently out of job after failing to register for a club before the leagues registration deadline elapsed.

The Liberty Professionals duo of Emmanuel Pappoe and play maker John Painstil would be making the trip. Dawu Youngsters' midfielder, Mohammed Polo is also included in the arrangement.

Foreign-based players who are have been invited to join their local colleagues are Borussia Dortmund's Otto Addo, who would be making his first appearance after months of inaction due to a knee injury. The injury forced him out Ghana's 2002 African Cup of Nations participation hosted by Mali in January.

Newly-appointed Black Stars captain, Stephen Appiah of Italian Serie A side, Brescia has also been invited to join the team in Greece. It is expected that Ghanaian internationals based in Greece would also be joining the squad.
