Feyenoord donates footballs to Dwarfs and Vipers

Cape Coast, Dec.3, GNA - The management of Gomoa Fetteh Feyenoord Football club on Wednesday donated eight footballs valued at two million cedis to Ebusua Dwarfs and Cape Coast Venomous Vipers at Cape Coast. Mr Sam Arday, Technical Director of the club who made the presentation said the donation was in appreciation of the overwhelming support that the two local clubs gave the club during the just ended Premier League competition.

Mr Kweku Tandoh, Chairman of Vipers F/C who received the balls on behalf of the clubs thanked the management of Feyenoord for its gesture and hoped that they would continue to assist the two clubs to gain promotion to the elite Premier division.

Feyenoord adopted Cape Coast as its home ground when it gained promotion to the Premier Division last year.
