Faisal official for Germany

Accra, Feb 16, GNA - Two Officials of King Faisal Football Club are set to leave Accra on Tuesday, February 17, for Germany in search of sponsorship and other support for the team towards this year's league season and continental assignments.

Aalhaji Abdul Karim Grunsah, Chairman and Founder of the Kumasi-based club who is billed to make the trip together with George Amoako, a management member, disclosed this to the GNA Sports in Accra on Sunday after the team won this year's Coca Cola Top Four competition.

Alhaji Grunsah said the club would be seeking for both corporate and kit sponsorship as the club is poised to make a great impact in this year's CAF Cup Competition and the premier league.

According to Alhaji Grunsah, head coach Hans Dieter Schimdt leaves ahead of the officials to prepare the grounds for them to follow. The Chairman and Founder of the Club also hinted that as part of the plan they (officials) will also trek to Saudi Arabia to solicit for support.

He was optimistic that good deals will be struck at the end of the trips.
