FIFA President to inaugurate projects in Ghana

Accra, Jan. 16, GNA - FIFA President, Joseph Sepp Blatter is to lead a ten-member delegation to commission a number of FIFA Goal projects in Ghana on Saturday, January 19. The projects include inauguration of the Ghanaman Technical Centre at Prampram, the artificial turf of the Tema Sports Stadium and the Headquarters building of the GFA.

Mr Emmanuel Gyimah, Deputy General Secretary of the Ghana Football Association in a press release copied to the GNA Said the FIFA delegation is made up of Mr Jerome Valcke, General Secretary, Mr Michel Platini, UEFA President, Vice-President, FIFA and Deputy Chairman of the FIFA Goal Bureau, Mr Pascal Torres, Director of Development and Mr Pekka Odriozola, Communication Division.

The rest include Mr Guy-Philippe Mathieu, Assistant to the FIFA President, Mr Sampson J. Kablan, FIFA Development Officer of West Africa, Mr David Taylor, General Secretary-UEFA, Mr Kevin Lamour, Assistant to the UEFA Officer and Mr Diallo Souleymane, assistant FIFA Development Officer- West Africa.
