FA Cup Committee to meet over aborted quarterfinal match

The FA Cup Committee is set to meet tomorrow to deliberate on the aborted MTN FA Cup quarterfinal match between Wassaman United and Tema Youth over the weekend.

Footy-ghana.com understands that the meeting would afford members the opportunity to go over all information gathered from the match that failed to kick off, before any decision can be taken.

Footy-ghana.com has also learnt that the meeting will also help the Committee determine whether or not the matter has to be referred to the Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association for further action to be taken.

The match failed to kick off due to inadequate security provided in Tarkwa.
