Essel-Walker to handle Faisal/Hearts encounter

Cape Coast based Essel-Walker has been appointed to handle the fifth week encounter between King Faisal and Accra Hearts of Oak scheduled for the Kumasi Sports Stadium on Sunday.

According to a release from the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Essel-Walker would be assisted on the lines by Robert Aggrey and Abass Gyimah all from Cape Coast whiles Asante Boateng from Techiman would be the match commissioner.

The statement said referee Joeseph MacCarthy would be in the middle for the Liberty -Goldfields game in Accra while V.R Owusu and F B Arthur all from Cape Coast would be assisting from the lines. The match commissioner would be P B Bonnah from Sunyani.

Referee C. M Atsatsa together with D. Y Asare and J. Oduobisah all from Tema would be at the Sunyani Coronation Park when B.A United engages Bofoakwa in a local derby with Joe Arthur from Kumasi as the match commissioner.

The Olympic/ Arsenal would see referee G. K Zorve at the centre and would be assisted by E. K Asente, Tabi Amponsah with E. K Oteng-Aboagye of Accra as the match commissioner.

The Okwahu and Heart of Lions game in Accra on Saturday would have referee J H Quarshie , Obeng -Menu, Chris Abina and Kwasi Nyantakyi taking charge whiles the Mines Stars and Power FC game would have referee Ali Musa Plato, E.T Allotey, George Barlow and J. K Baido as the handlers
