Elmina Coconut Grove emerge champions

Cape Coast, Feb 16, GNA - Elmina Coconut Grove Sharks, emerged champions of zone one of the Central Regional Division two league when they bagged 40 points at the end of the competition that ended on Sunday.

Zakkour FC placed second with 37 points, Bless FC came third with 36 points while Twifo Praso Akumpreko came fourth with 22 points. Efutu Real United placed fifth with 20 points, Efutu Breku FC was sixth with 17 points, Praso Noble Kings seventh with 16 rpt 16 points while Oguaa United placed eight with five points.

According to an official of the Central Regional Football Association, (RFA) the champions and the runners have qualified to participate in the regional sub - super zonal league due to begin soon.
