E.T Mensah Threatens Legal Action Against Herbert Mensah

Former Youth and Sports Minister, E.T. Mensah, says he is considering sueing the Board Chairman of the Porcupine Warriors, Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Herbert Mensah for making damaging remarks about him imputing certain acts of impropriety during his tenure as Sports Minister.

Appearing on a television talk show, Asante Kotoko’s boss, Herbert Mensah said, the former Minister should be held responsible for the demise currently facing Ghana soccer as a result of E.T. Mensah’s attempt to mix politics with the administration of sports. Reacting to the accusations, the former Minister described them as a fallacy.

The former Youth and Sports Minister rather accused the Asante Kotoko boss of encouraging Kotoko fans and players to use Party Slogans and signs during football matches.
