Dwarfs qualify for middle league

Cape Coast, Dec.6, GNA - Cape Coast Mysterious Dwarfs on Sunday beat Tarkwa United 4-1 to end the Zone 2B Division One League on the second spot with 27 points.

Top of the zone, Sekondi Wise-Fighters, who ended the season on 29 points, would be joined by Dwarfs to represent the zone in the national middle league.

Dwarfs led by a lone goal at half time but on resumption, banged in three more goals through midfielder Douglas Mustopha (2) and Ekow Aikins in the last quarter of the game.

Tarkwa United pulled one back in the dying minutes through Abudu Mumuni.
