Dwarfs demolish RTU

Cape Coast, Oct. 3, GNA - Cape Ebusua Dwarfs recorded their second victory in the fifth week of the Premier League when they demolished visiting Real Tamale United (RTU) 3-0 at the Cape Coast Stadium on Sunday.

Having lost three consecutive games, Dwarfs were desperate for a victory to restore their lost glory and succeeded in scoring the opening goal in the 33rd minute through Francis Edzie. The home team held onto their thin lead till the last quarter of the game, even though RTU threatened their goal area on several occasions in search for the equalizer but which never came their way. Dwarfs however managed to increase their goal tally in the 86th and 88th minutes through Bismark Aseidu and Mustapha Douglas to complete the demolition exercise over the visitors. 03 Oct. 10
