Dubai Trip Cancelled

The senior national team, the Black Stars purported trip to Dubai has been called off following the cancellation of the tournament. The organisers of the tournament cited security reasons for their decision to cancel the competition which was scheduled to have been played from January 5th to 7th.

The Emmirates cited the possibility of war in Iraq as the main reason for the cancellaton of the tournament. The Stars were billed to play Belarus, U.A.E and world Cup semi finalist Turkey. Turkey already pulled out.
