Division one sub-middle league starts this weekend

The struggle to join the 2006 premiership train commences this Saturday as twelve Division one teams battle for respectable positions in the national sub-middle league at their various centres.

The competition which ends on December 3 has been grouped into 3 zones. Zone 1 comprises of the likes of Upper Stars, Aduana Stars, Topsymore and B.A. United. Zone 2 parades Wise-fighters, Kessben, Gold Stars and All Blacks while Zone 3 assembles Great Oylmpics, Home Stars, Great Mariners and Tema Youth.

Sekondi Wise-fighters will trek to Accra to battle kessben this Saturday in a potential tug of war.

Wise-fighters are really poised to beat kessben in the opening match to brigthen their chances as they seek possible comeback to the elite Division. In the other Zone 2 match Bibiani Gold Stars meets Swedru All Blacks at Koforidua.

Aduana Stars will be the guest of Upper Stars in Kumasi in a zone 1 encounter whilesTopsymore host B.A.United in Obuasi in another zone 1 duel.

In Zone 3 Great Olympics welcomes Home Stars to Cape Coast while Great Mriners stays at Sekondi to play Tema Youth.
