Division One clubs struggling to pay officiating fees

The Ghana Football Association has written to clubs in the Division One League to remind them of unpaid officiating fees.

Clubs face risk severe sanctions if they fail to pay the amount of GHC8,400 each by the end of month (30 June, 2016.)

A letter signed by General Secretary Isaac Addo read: "We wish to you of your commitment regarding officiating fees for the 2015/2016 season.

Each club must pay a fee of eight thousand four hundred Ghana cedis (GHC8,400) by 30 June, 2016 as agreed in a meeting with all stakeholders to commence the 2015/2016 season."
The Division One League consists of 45 teams groups into three zones of 15 each.
