Division One Clubs To Note

All qualified clubs for the Division One sub-middle league are requested to pay ?1,650,000 each by Friday, November 28. The deadline for payment precedes the commencement of the competition slated for next Saturday, November 29.

A statement signed by the chairman of the Division One League Board, Mr Douglas Djarbeng, listed clubs which have so far qualified as Yeji Stars, Catholic Stars, Bronkyempem, Kintampo United, Cornerstone, Gold Stars, Feyenoord Academy, Midtjylland, Real Sportive, Maxbees and Home Stars.

The statement indicated that the second qualifier from Zone 2B is yet to be determined following a pending protest case involving Fauzan and Samartex.

According to the statement, Zone One clubs will play their matches in Kumasi and Obuasi; Zone Two in Accra and Koforidua, with Zone Three playing at Cape Coast and Sekondi.

The DOL Board therefore invited Team Managers and one other official of all qualified clubs to a consultative meeting at the GFA on Wednesday, November 26 at 11 a.m.
