Dede scores in Marseille's away win

Ghana winger Andre Ayew scored his first goal of the season as Olympique Marseille beat Lorient 2-0 at the Stade du Moustoir on Saturday.

Marseille opened the scoring in the 58th minute through a Mathieu Valbuena freekick. The away side piled incessant pressure on Lorient, but they could not add to the tally in the first half.

Midfielder Bryan Pele forced a fine save from Marseille goalkeeper Steve Mandanda before Ayew sealed the win in injury time after being set up by substitute Saber Khalifa who had replaced Jordan Ayew.

The win now sees the Stade Velodrome outfit moved to third place with 17 points from seven goals.
