Asante Kotoko forward Dauda Mohammed says he is encouraged by his sides improved performance despite losing 1-0 to New Edubiase in the league.

The Porcupine Warriors go into the biggest game of the season against sworn rivals Hearts of Oak at the back a 1-0 defeat.

But lead striker Dauda Mohammed says he is confident of a positive result because of the way they have played in the last few games.

“When the season started we had some difficulties but if you look at the performances now it’s getting better,” Dauda said

“It’s not been that easy but we have to continue because we know very well that our opponent is in good shape.”

“Kotoko and Hearts of Oak games are self motivational.”
