Coconut Grove draws with Starke F/C

Cape Coast, March 29, GNA - Elmina Coconut Grove drew 1-1 with Dunkwa On-Offin Starke FC in their Division One league match played at the Robert Mensah sports stadium at Cape Coast on Saturday. After Referee Prosper Donkoh from Tema signaled the two sides into action it was Coconut Grove who outclassed their opponents for the greater part of the first half but they had to wait until the 43rd minute before midfielder, Anthony Arthur broke the deadlock with a sizzling shot.

Starke returned the attack got the equalizer through a spot kick in the 45th minute through inside right, Ashia Kennedy. Results of other matches were, Ebusua Dwarfs also drew 1- 1 with Feyenoord while Tarkwa United beat Westlandies 1-0.
