Coach Milan to return $10, 000

Accra, Aug. 6, GNA- Coach Milan Zivadinovic, former coach of the Black Stars, is to refund $ 10, 000 out of the $ 15, 000 signing on fee he received as Black Stars coach.

A statement issued on Wednesday and signed by Mr Kofi Nsiah, General Secretary of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) explained that the refund has been made possible through the efforts of FIFA, the GFA and the co-operation of the FA of Serbia and Montenegro.

It explained that the $30,000 which the public demanded that it should be refunded represented the coach's three months salary which he rightly earned and as such cannot be returned.

Coach Milan absconded after a three months stay in the country as Black Stars coach with a very poor performance.
