Christian Atsu trains with customized altitude mask in Dubai

Christian Atsu has talked up the effectiveness of using altitude mask at Ghana's training camp in Dubai.

The Newcastle star was involved in drills with FC Sion striker Ebenezer Assifuah with supervision from physical trainer Jamie Lawrence.

Altitude Mask, replicates high-altitude conditions and has been used by a host of high-profile sports stars who look for a vital edge in their training regimes.

The state-of-the-art training equipment will boost his fitness.

Atsu, who has been in top form at club level, is expected to help the Black Stars beat Egypt in Alexandria on 13 November
