Chelsea have reportedly reach an agreement with Juventus for the services of Ghanaian international Kwadwo Asamoah, UK news portal Metro has reported.

New Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has been in pursuit for the 27-year-old who has made 106 appearances for Juventus since joining from fellow Italian outfit Udinese in 2012.

Report indicate blues owner Roman Abramovich is preparing to cough out a huge £20million for the versatile player.

Talks have been ongoing between Chelsea and Juventus officials for the past few days with earlier report indicating Juventus request to engage Colombian international Juan Cuadrado in a swap deal for the Black Stars midfielder.

Asamoah had a nerve-wracking career at Juventus last season after making just 9 appearances for the Italian Champions having sustained several injury setbacks.

Chelsea are busy in the market after a disappointing campaign in the League this season.
