Charles Taylor is a great asset to Ghana football -Osei-Kuffuor

Offinso (Ash), Feb 9, GNA - Mr Kingsford Osei-Kuffuor, a Ghanaian football enthusiast based in Britain has observed that Kumasi Asante Kotoko's ace striker, Charles Taylor is a great asset to Ghana football. He said "Taylor is a very gifted, skilful and experienced player with a very bright future".

In an interview with the GNA Sports at Offinso on Sunday, Mr Osei-Kuffuor called on the management of Kumasi Asante Kotoko and the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to encourage the player so as to efficiently harness and develop his talents and abundant potentials in football.

"Kotoko is blessed to possess such a quality player and the management should therefore do everything possible to improve upon unearthing his added potentials in football", he said.

Mr Osei-Kuffuor suggested to the management to contract an experienced and seasoned European coach to handle the team adding that, "they should invest heavily in the club to build a strong and winsome team in the country since football is now a lucrative business worldwide".

He also advised the supporters of the club to contribute meaningfully towards the club's management and provide more incentives to motivate the players.
