CAF slaps Vorsah with one-match ban

Black Stars defender Isaac Vorsah has been given a one-match ban following his red card in Ghana's last qualifier against Sudan.

A Caf official confirmed to SuperSport.com on Thursday that contrary to fears that the player would miss two games at the start of the African Nations Cup, Ghana can field him in their second game.

The Black Stars secured a place in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea after going unbeaten in Group I.
The team had been grappling with potentially having to drop the defender from its final squad after camping in South Africa before the tournament kicks off in January.
