Brave Warriors fans need vaccinations to go to Ghana

ALL Brave Warriors supporters who are travelling to Ghana are requested to get an injection against yellow fever, McBright Kayele, chairperson of the Brave Warriors Supporters Club (BWSC) announced yesterday.

The injections are available at State clinics around the country and all the travelling fans are expected to have their vaccination certificates when they arrive in Ghana, Kayele said, adding that no one would be allowed into Ghana without such a certificate. "We are leaving for Ghana next Thursday, January 17, hence this week is considered ideal for all travelling supporters to get their injections. Ghana is a malaria area and people are also advised to take their malaria tablets along. "Ghana is also very hot and humid and I advise people to be prepared for the weather. They should leave their jackets and winter clothes behind. Diarrhoea is also very common thus people should take their pills and tablets for safety," he said.
