Bofoakwa Accuse B/A United Of Bribery

The management of Bofoakwa Tano has accused their counterparts in B.A United of bribing their (Bofoakwa) players in their premiership local derby played last sunday at the sunyani coronation park. Speaking to Micky Charles last monday on Radio B.A.R. Drive Sports, Mr K.Apraku,a management member of Tano Bofoakwa said, they have concrete proof to back the allegations levelled against B.A. United. They opined that this attitude of B.A officials bribbing their players have persisted for a long time and this is the time to put a halt to it.

Consequently, they have decided to go every lenght to make sure that B.A.United is severely punished for that bad practice.

They claim that they have the money used by B.A United to bribe their player Nana Gyamfi popularly known as' Kweku Disco' in their possesion and will use it as evidence wherever the case goes. Management of B.A have denied this allegation.

In another development the management of Bofoakwa has asked Lawrence Kainya and Emmanuel Nkrumah both players of B.A.United to start training with Bofoakwa immediately in their own interest.

According to them ,the two players have signed contracts with them and part payments of their contract sums have been paid them. Strangely however, the players have refused to train with them after collecting the money. They are therefore entreating them ;Kainya and Nkrumah ,to report without fail in order to avoid the Charles Taylor saga being replicated here.
