Boakye Yiadom rescues point for Elche

Ghana striker Richmond Boakye Yiadom made his mark again by scoring to earn Elche a draw at Getafe in the Spanish top flight.

The on-loan Juventus striker scored in the 61st minute to pull his side level at the Coliseum.

Elche had fallen behind to an 18th minute strike from ex Real Madrid star Pedro Leon.

The Ghana international who has developed the knack of bailing his side out with vital strikes conjured his magic again with a neat finish.

He however made way in the 74th minute with Coro coming in as a replacement.

Boakye Yiadom has made a full recovery from a head concussion which kept him hospitalized while in action for Elche a few weeks ago.
