Black Queens beat Senegal

Ghana's Black Queens defeated Senegal 3-0 in Dakar on Sunday, in a final round first-leg qualifying match.

The Ghanaians completely dominated their Senegalese counterparts by scoring two goals in the first half, with the third coming in the second half.

It put the Queens on the path to a third consecutive Nations Cup appearance.

The second-leg matche will be played in two weeks time, while the finals will be hosted by Nigeria in December.
