Black Queens Get New Coach

Former Obuasi Goldfields coach, Oko Aryee, who is presently out of job has been appointed the new coach of Ghana women’s national team, the Black Queens.

Oko Aryee, begins work on Wednesday, a day after his successor, P.S.K Paha, was fired by the Ghana Football Association for picking his favorites, some of who do not qualify, into the team.

He has also reportedly failed to submit his training schedule to the GFA. Oko Aryee, has coached other premier clubs including Real Tamale United and Ebusua Dwarfs.

He is to prepare the Black Queens for the September 22 first leg match of the African Women’s Championship against Senegal in Dakar.
