Head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak, Kenichi Yatshuhatsi has revealed that a club like Hearts of Oak should set good examples for smaller clubs in the premier league.
Hearts of Oak have been banned with two home matches and fine of GH12, 000 by the Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association for behaving uncultured in their week six fixtures against Wa All Stars at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Hearts of Oak lost the match by 3:1 and their home matches ban begins on Wednesday May 18th when they take on Sekondi Hasaacas in their week 12 fixtures.
Speaking to Asempa Sports, he said, “What happened in our game against Wa All Stars should never happen again and as the coach that is my position.”

“We are a big club and a big club should set good examples to the smaller clubs and am very worried going into this match and am hugely disappointed as well because of what happened and due to that we have to play in an empty stadium.”

“We are not happy about it because our supporters have played a very big role this season in achieving our success and without them going into this match, I don’t know what we can do because truly we are going to miss the presence of our supporters.” He added.

Hearts of Oak will be hoping to continue their impressive form against struggling Sekondi Hasaacas despite playing in an empty stadium.
