Badu survives injury scare in training

Udinese midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu today narrowly avoided injury whilst training with the Black Stars in Accra today.

In a training match, Agyemang Badu, who has recently recovered from a knee injury, accidentally kicked the turf whilst attempting to pass the ball.

He was quickly taken off and seen to by the medical staff, but he soon returned to finish the training match.

Daniel Opare also took a similar knock but fortunately, also avoided injury.

The squad was joined by Marseille forward Jordan Ayew and Evian Thonon Gaillard midfielder Rabiu Mohammed, who trained with the Black Stars for the first time today.
