Baba to fly out with Schalke to Austria for pre-season

Schalke 04 defender Baba Rahman will fly out with his new team mates to Austria for pre-season today after sealing his loan move on Sunday.

Baba joined the Bundesliga outfit after spending a turbulent season with Chelsea in the English Premier League.

The Ghanaian signed a five year deal with the English giants but will play the second season at Veltins-Arena with the Royals Blues.

Having worked with new Schalke boss Markus Weinzierl during his team at Augsburg the left back did not hesitate to join him at Schalke 04 when the opportunity availed itself.

Rahman will be flying out from Germany to Austria today where Schalke will be preparing for the new season.
