Former Hearts of Oak coach, Cecil Jones Attuquayefio is reported to be heading towards Liberty Professionals. The new development has shattered the hopes of many Hearts fans who were optimistic that Jones will return to the club. Close sources hinted myjoyonline.com that the management team of Liberty Professionals have a made a major move to bring Jones into its fold.

They are reported to have made payments for Jones to undertake some coaching courses while in the United States. Jones is reported to have agreed to pitch camp with the Dansoman based club.

The management of Hearts of Oak for now appear to have written off Jones with the appointment of Herbert Addo as the Head Coach. Hearts’ management has already made it known that the club has no contract with the man who led them to win the ultimate in Africa and three domestic league titles.
