AshGold ready to "gun down" M.O Bejaia

League champions AshantiGold gave their preparations ahead of their Champions League campaign a boost with a 2-0 win over Samartex.

Two first half goals from Emmanuel Osei and a penalty converted by Daniel Addo were enough for the Miners to brush aside the Division One League campaigners.

This serves as a final warm up match before they play Algerian side MO Bejaia in the first qualifying round first leg match in Obuasi on Sunday.
