Asamoah doubtful for Olympiacos clash

Ghana international Kwadwo Asamoah is doubtful for Juventus Champions League game against Olympiacos in Turin on Tuesday after sustaining an injury over the weekend.

The Ghanaian wing back was substituted just after the break in a 2-0 away win over Empoli with a knee injury and it appears to be severe.

“Maybe I will miss Asamoah and Angelo Ogbonna against Olympiacos, it is sad but I will come up with something,” Juventus manager Maximiliano Allegri told Tutto Sports.

“For Asamoah we will see, but we should not worry about it.”

Juventus were pipped 1-0 by Olympiacos in Greece in the reverse fixture and need a win as they sit third in the group.
