Asamoah: Inter are a threat to Juventus

Ghana international Kwadwo Asamoah has noted that Inter Milan are Scudetto contenders this season and they could be a major big threat to Juventus championship ambitions.

The former European champions on Sunday walloped newly-promoted Sassuolo 7-0 whilst Juventus also beat Hellas Verona 2-1 in Turin.

“Inter Milan are a very strong team and they have started so well this season,” Asamoah told Juventus TV. “I expect a big challenge from them but we have to think and focus on ourselves.”

Juventus and Inter have the same number of points in the Serie A, but the San Siro outfit are lying third on the log with a superior goal advantage.
