Asamerik beats Noble Kings

Cape Coast, Dec.29, GNA - Cape Coast Asamerik played a determined game to beat Twifo Praso Noble Kings 3-0 in their second division league match played at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium over the weekend.

Playing under the instruction of Foso-based class one referee, Asiedu Kurankye, Asamerik started fiercely and scored the opener through midfielder Anthony Wilberforce in the 25th minute.

Asamerik continued to pile on the pressure on Noble Kings and it came as no surprise when outside right Isaac Arthur increased the tally to 2-0 in the 30th minute.

The second half saw Noble Kings playing some good football but their hopes of at least pulling a goal back were shattered when Isaac Arthur who was easily the man-of-the-match raised the tally to 3-0 in the 51st minute.
