Appiah reveals last days at Juve

National Soccer team captian, Stephen Appiah, who joined Turkish side Fenerbache from Juventus over the course of the summer, revealed how his last days as a Juventino went.

?A week before they sold me, Juve told me they would have kept me. Relax they said. I had just gotten back from Ghana. Then they sign both Giannichedda and Vieira. They call me to the club headquarters, and tell me they have an offer coming from Turkey. The situation made me sad, but now I?m happy, because here they treat me as a star,? he said.

Fenerbahce meets AC Milan in a championship league match this evening and Appiah says he knows how his team can punish the Italian side, when the two sides face off in the San Siro.

?I saw all of Milan?s latest matches. I think they suffer a lot on freekicks and cornerkicks. We will try to hit them on these chances, because we also happen to be good at this,? said the Ghana midfielder.
