New Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is believed to be interested in signing Ghana winger Andre Ayew as he seeks to build a new Chelsea side.

Ayew, 26, has been linked with Premier League big-guns with Liverpool, Arsenal and United all mentioned as likely destinations.

The former Olympique Marseille star-man has admitted his lust for Champions League football and revealed he would leave Swansea City at "one moment or another".

Chelsea, who are also interested in signing Ghana midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah from Juventus, have entered the race to land the deputy Ghana skipper.

Ayew scored 12 Premier League goals for South Wales-based Swansea City, attracting interest from Premier League big clubs.

Conte wants to change the face of the Chelsea side by introducing tough-minded players into his new squad.

Swansea would allow Ayew leave for 30 million Euros though they sign the winger for free just last summer.
