Accra, Dec 4, GNA 96 The National Chapters Committee (NCC) of Accra Hearts of Oak has announced that the 2006 Annual Chapters Delegates Assembly will come off on Saturday, December 9. The venue is the Shippers Council Conference Hall in Takoradi. A statement signed by Ken Saro-Wiwa, Public Relations Officer of the NCC copied to the GNA Sports urged all Regional Chapters and Chapters of hearts to ensure they attend the Assembly and make sacrifices to ensure its success.

This Assembly is one of the most important in the life of our dear Club and we urge all Chapters to make whatever sacrifices are necessary to ensure its success,=94 he said.

The statement said that any Regional Chapter Committee or Chapter which cannot make it to the assembly to communicate to the General Secretary of the NCC officially not later than Thursday, December 7.
