All Blacks beat Ebusua Dwarfs in a friendly

Cape Coast, Nov. 12, GNA -A goal scored by Ben Acheampong in the 75th minute enabled Swedru All Blacks to beat Ebusua Dwarfs 3-2 in a friendly soccer match played at the Robert Mensah stadium on Saturday. The homesters, shot ahead through outside-left Stephen Ashitey in the first minute when he disposed of three defenders of the visiting team after collecting a pass from the left flank. The visitors however leveled up nine minutes later through midfielder Ben Owusu with a free kick.

Dwarfs restored their lead in the 25th minute, when Issa Rakib, All Blacks centre-half, deflected a ball into his own net. All Blacks who were on top of the game, earned a spot-kick in the 40th minute from which Ishmael Antwi scored to bring half-time scores to 2-2.

The visitors continued to pile pressure upon Dwarfs and it came as no surprise when Acheampong, who played a yeoman's game, scored the winner in the 75th minute.
