Incumbent chairman of the Ghana League Clubs Association (GHALCA), Alhaji Ali Braimah Raji picked his nomination form and promised to build a new Association.

Alhaji Raji as he is affectionately called, picked a form for the chairmanship position and is keen on using the next four years to take the Association to another level.

He is confident the Association will be better off under his administration and urged the delegates to vote for him.

He will contest for the seat with Nana Oduro Sarfo, Cudjoe Fianoo, Kofi Poku and Isaac Wilberforce Koomson who have all picked forms.

GHALCA, the mother body of all league clubs in the country will go to the polls on Thursday April 21 to elect new executives for the various positions in the association.

As it stands now, only Alex Akumey, vice president of New Edubiase has picked a form for the vice chairmanship position.

Should no one go for a nomination form on that position, he will go unopposed in April’s elections.
