Alhaji Grunsah not perturbed with Venue

Ghana's only hope in continental competition King Faisal will this weekend play as guest to Nigeria's Bandel Insurance in the CAF Confederation Cup competition. The Kumasi based club left the shores of the country last Wednesday with the hope of qualification.

Speaking from Nigeria, the bankroller and founder of King Faisal, Alhaji Karim Grunsah was of high spirit that the venue of the match is not goingto make any difference. ''We've prepared our team such that we will get a good result irrespective of the venue'' he said.

It will be recalled that King Faisal eliminated Senegalese ASC Ndiambour 4 - 1 aggregate whiles their opponent Bandel Insurance also recorded 4 - 2 aggregate over Guinean Kamsar Industrial club.

With the exception of Eric gawu whose fitness was in doubt, the likes of Suraju Mohammed, Abubakari Kankani, Nana Akwasi Bobbie Ansah, Kwabena Poku, Micky Ofosu, Joseph Asumani, Illiasu Alhassan, Richard Adjei, Prince Antwi, Iddrisu Yahaya, Ben Wilson, Sumaila Yahaya, Habib Mohammed and Yaw Atta Brefo are all poised for action on Sunday.

Alhaji Grunsah has called for national prayers for the taem as he believes the worse result that will happen to Faisal will be a deadlock.
