Alberta Sackey Named To Verizon Acadamic All-America Team

Eagles sophomore Alberta Sackey was selected to the Verizon Academic All-America College Division 3rd Team. The Verizon AcademicAll-America Team is a prestigious honor for student athletes that are either sophomores, juniors, or seniors in the NAIA or NCAA Division II and III that have excelled in the classroom and on the field. Sackey has maintained a 4.0 grade point average and is the Eagles all-time leading goal scorer (69 goals) and points leader (162 points). Sackey was the only sophomore selected to the team and is the first Eagle athlete to be selected by Verizon.
