Hearts coach of newly promoted side Dreams FC C.K Akunnor says his side needs improvement despite a stunning 0-1 away victory over Dwarfs in match day one.

Johnson Owusu’s goal handed Dreams their first ever win in Ghana’s top flight at the expense of Dwarfs at the Cape Coast stadium.

Coach C.k Akunnor’s team’s performance was overly impressive especially in the first half where they built play from the back and looked solid with very touch.

Their performance in match day one has seen pundits tipping them for a major finish but coach Charles Akunnor says he is not getting carried away after just a win.

“I am really not getting carried away because it’s first and all just a game but we have to work on some details,” Akunnor said

“We played well in the first half but we have to look at other numbers especially in the second half and continue to show desire.”

“There are a lot of games to be played but certainly we have to continue winning games.”
