Agyemang Badu desperate for Zambia revenge

Rugged midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu can’t wait for the return 2014 World Cup qualifying match against Zambia to enact his revenge after the Black Stars lost for the second time in two against the African champions in five months.

Having lost 0-1 to the Chipolopolo in the semi finals of AFCON 2012, the national team suffered the same scoreline loss to the same opponents as the race to Brazil 2014 resumed in Africa this month.

Speaking at a post-game press conference alongside Derek Boateng who was allegedly assaulted by Zambia policeman after the game in Ndola, the Udinese star insisted Ghana will work hard to beat the Zambians in Accra.

He said: “We lost the game and I’m very disappointed but it’s not the end of the world. When they come to Ghana, we are going to play a fair game and take our three points. "That is the thing we will do. We will win on the pitch and we won’t assault anyone”Credit:
