Agogo for Stoke City?

Stoke have employed a French scout to find them a striker at the African Nations Cup as they seek to boost their promotion-chasing side.

The Potters are desperate to find further reinforcements before the end of the month and a new striker is on his shopping list.

They are looking for a strong attacker but have not found one on the domestic market.

Ironically the first player to catch the eye was Ghana forward Junior Agogo, who currently plays just 50 miles down the road from Stoke for Nottingham Forest.
