Afranie Takes Over Great Olympics

Coach E.K Afranie has confirmed he would take over as Great Olympics coach next Tuesday. Afranie who has been out of work since losing his jobs as acting Black Stars coach and technical director of division one league side Heart of Lions did not disclose the terms under which he would be working with Olympics.

Olympics have been without a substantive coach after coach David Duncan quit in the middle of the LG Top 4 citing lack of support and vision on the part of the club’s management. Afranie is confident he can do a good job at the troubled club because of his vast experience at both club and national team level.

Olympics’ management reckon Afranie is the right man for the job after finishing last in the just ended LG Top 4 without a single point from six games.
