Afful warns Ghana

Tunisia-based Ghana defender Harrison Afful has warned the Black Stars about the attacking qualities of the Carthage Eagles ahead of Sunday's Nations Cup quarterfinal clash.

The Esperance ace, who is playing his third season in Tunisia, has described the North Africans as skillful and technically astute.

He has also singled out his clubmate Youssef Msakni for praise and should be closely monitored.

Seven of his Esperance teammates, who won the 2011 CAF Champions League, are members of the Tunisia side at the tournament.

Afful believes Sami Trabelsi's side pose a serious threat to Ghana's semifinal ambitions.

"They have a good team and they always like to keep the ball. They also have some great individual players especially the number 7 (Youssef Msakni) he is one of the key players," Afful told Kickoff.com.

"They are also dangerous when it comes to attacking."

Afful was a member of Ghana squad which won silver at the 2010 Nations Cup in Angola.
